Job summary

Philips is seeking an Inventory Control Intern to join our Global Supply Chain team in Poland. You will support inventory management activities across Philips locations worldwide, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading health technology company.

You will work with SAP and other tools, monitor inventory accuracy, produce reports, and contribute to standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Be a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies.
  • Fluent in English (B2+).
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge with strong analytical skills.
  • Available to work 32–40 hours per week.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory accuracy monitoring and inventory-related reporting activities.
  • Assist with inventory data analysis and identify stock discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain inventory control documentation and support compliance activities.
  • Support process improvement and standardization across supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with warehouses, factories, and cross-functional teams on inventory topics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with SAP and other tools used to support inventory management processes.

Your Role

You’re The Right Fit If
  • Be a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies

  • Express availability to work at least 32-40 hours/ week
  • Have basic knowledge level of Excel and Word

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
