Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Warszawa, Poland, seeks an Assistant Inventory Planner to support allocation and replenishment strategies for our less complex businesses. You will help maintain optimal store inventory levels, assist with new store plans, and collaborate with AR Managers and Merchants to maximize sales and turns.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Allocate bulk purchase orders using the Allocations system.
• Place weekly replenishment purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory levels by store location.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planner/AR Manager on allocation and replenishment strategies.
• Review instock reporting and address issues promptly.
• Communicate product, size, and color inventory needs to Inventory Planner/AR Manager.
• Execute new store plans and ensure proper assortment and inventory levels.
• Execute inventory re-balancing opportunities as needed.
• Respond to store merchandise needs and coordinate with the AR Manager.
• Understand item eligibility through ITEL and ensure proper assortment.
