Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking Maintenance Engineers to support client facilities in Germany. You will maintain and develop automated logistics centers, ensuring reliability of transport and storage systems and collaborating with operators.

We welcome candidates with 3+ years in maintenance or industrial automation, experience with conveyors or depalletizers, English or German language skills, and willingness to work on-site and in shifts in Germany.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, technical service, or industrial automation.
• Experience with conveyors, depalletizers, monorail systems, or similar warehouse automation installations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Communicative knowledge of English or German enabling work in an international environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical failures in automated logistics systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections, maintenance, and preventive actions.
• Ensure the continuity of operation of transport and storage systems.
• Analyze the causes of failures and implement measures to prevent their recurrence.
• Cooperate with operators and technical teams during shift work at the client's site.
