Job summary

Kardex is seeking a System Solution Designer in Poland to design intralogistics storage and automation solutions, analyze performance data, and create detailed technical documentation. You will support projects from initial customer meetings to final delivery, working closely with sales and suppliers.

The role requires a mechanical/automation background, CAD skills, and proficiency in English and Polish. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, design, logistics or intralogistics
• Experience in intralogistics or automation is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel essential; MS Project is a plus
• CAD and technical drawing tools experience
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Design intralogistics storage and automation solutions
• Analyse warehouse and performance data
• Create technical documentation: drawings, interface descriptions, process flow diagrams, schedules and cost calculations
• Support projects from initial customer meeting to final acceptance
• Collaborate with sales and external suppliers
• Act as technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to product portfolio
