Autodesk, Inc. in Krakow offers an internship for undergraduates to grow as software engineers. You will join a scrum team of 4–5 developers and 1–2 QA engineers to work on frontend/backend improvements in products like Fusion Simulations and Autodesk CFD.
You will be mentored by experienced Autodesk developers and gain experience in large team software development, coding best practices, and test automation to deliver high-quality commercial software.
We are looking for undergraduates who have the talent and ambition to become skilled software engineers. During your placement with us, we will ensure that you are challenged and given every opportunity to grow your knowledge and experience with the support of an experienced Autodesk developer. The intern will be working with the team in Krakow, which develops various technologies related to frontend and backend in such products as Fusion Simulations and Autodesk CFD. The internship will be focused on improvements and development in one of those products. The goal of the internship project is to enhance development processes and increase the quality of the code and test automation.
As part of Krakow Autodesk, you will collaborate with one of our scrum teams, usually together with 4 or 5 developers and 1 or 2 quality assurance engineers. You will be expected to work using your own initiative to develop innovative solutions to meet our customers’ demands for software that is of the highest quality, faster, more powerful, and more productive. Successful candidates will get to work on real commercial development projects mentored by experienced Autodesk developers. During your time with us, you will gain experience working on large team-based software development, learn how to write robust commercial software, and gain knowledge of the commercial development processes used at Autodesk.
We are looking for bright Computer Science, Math, and Engineering students currently working towards a degree. Ability to communicate with English-speaking stakeholders. Knowledge of C++ or/and Python. GIT.
