Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Intelligent Automation Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and architect scalable solutions using RPA, AI/ML, and BPM.

You will lead end-to-end solution design, assess processes for automation, and develop architecture documentation while integrating UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

As an Intelligent Automation Solution Architect at EPAM, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting‑edge automation solutions for our global clients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and architect scalable solutions leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Business Process Management (BPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for intelligent automation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical requirements
• Assess current business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation for automation solutions
• Select and integrate appropriate automation platforms and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring best practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful automation initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in intelligent automation and related technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience in architecting and delivering intelligent automation solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of RPA platforms, AI/ML technologies, and BPM tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Relevant certifications in automation technologies are a plus
