Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Business Analyst (Insurance) to support data and reporting initiatives.

You will analyse business requirements and data, prepare functional specifications and project documentation, and collaborate with business users and development teams to design, test and implement data and reporting solutions. This hybrid role requires presence in the Warsaw office for at least one day a week, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business or system analysis experience in data, data warehousing or BI domains.
• Proficient in SQL for independent data analysis.
• Experience handling large data volumes.
• Experience creating analytical documentation and requirement specifications.
• Experience creating test scenarios and test cases.
• Analytical thinking and ability to model business processes.
• Ability to collaborate with business users to elicit and validate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and processes to derive solution specifications.
• Prepare analyses, functional specs and project documentation for data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to define requirements for data and reporting solutions.
