Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Sarajevo. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, ensuring proper implementation of IT solutions, performing system troubleshooting, enhancing network security, and addressing technical issues. The role also involves providing technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams to resolve IT-related inquiries effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Network Administration and network infrastructure management
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and IT systems implementation
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently
  • Knowledge of Network Security protocols and practices
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
