Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to support our expansion in the LATAM region. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work hands‑on with influencers, and talent management agencies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across key LATAM markets. You’ll be part of a great team, managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end – from discovery to reporting – while adapting strategies to regional trends and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities
  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Research and recruit influencers across LATAM (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) across finance, trading, business, and lifestyle verticals
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, optimization, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Relationship Management: Maintain trusted relationships with influencers; managing communications, negotiations, briefing, closing deals
  • Localization & Cultural Fit: Ensure all campaigns are culturally relevant, local‑market‑appropriate, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g. views, engagement, sign‑ups); help generate reports and suggest improvements
  • Content Review: Collaborate with influencers to ensure content is compliant with internal and legal guidelines
Requirements
  • 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing or creator‑partnerships
  • Expertise in LATAM influencer landscape (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (native)
  • Data‑driven mindset with basic understanding of KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA
  • Organized and proactive – able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Big passion for influencer marketing and fintech
  • Platforms knowledge: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
Bonus Points
  • Experience working in fintech, trading, capital markets, or crypto
  • Understanding of LATAM regulatory for influencer marketing in finance
