About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Project Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial projects within an international environment. This role is critical to ensuring successful project launches, meeting objectives for Safety, Quality, Cost, Timing, Profitability, and Cash Flow.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate all project phases and act as the key interface between plants, management, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, purchasing, IT).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, CE norms, and company procedures.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee supplier selection and manage change processes.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and financial performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
