As anIndirect Commodity Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing indirect goods and services critical to theSILS (Sequenced In Line Supply)assembly and logistics operations ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and compliance with automotive quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories supporting SILS/JIS operations.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Ensure timely procurement of services and materials to support sequenced production and delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, and engineering teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, responsiveness) and drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and process optimization initiatives.
• Use SAP ERP and procurement tools for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SILS/JISprocesses and lean manufacturing environments.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English; French/Spanish languages are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
