Job summary

Antal Poland is seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to drive delivery across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) within a global transformation programme. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage internal teams and vendors, and ensure delivery of scope, timelines and priorities in a complex technology environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project or delivery management experience, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on IAM project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Understanding of IAM controls, processes and requirements.
• Technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD, cloud and on-premise infra.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience in international or large-scale technology settings.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance and audit requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-workstream coordination.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and quick learning ability.
• Ability to work in a large, distributed international team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IAM/IGA workstreams and ensure delivery.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, resources and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business, technology, cybersecurity and external stakeholders.
• Lead internal teams and vendors to deliver scope and milestones.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting progress.
• Track timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Support changes to scope, resources and requirements.
• Maintain project documentation; keep Jira/Confluence up to date.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks and dependencies.
• Agree priorities with stakeholders and maintain programme alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in delivery.
