Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an IAM expert to design and modernize identity systems across a multi-company ecosystem. You will lead migrations between identity providers, implement secure access controls, and help embed IAM within Zero Trust and cloud-native patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IAM / identity security with architecture experience.
• Hands-on with major IdPs (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Keycloak, AWS IAM).
• Strong with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, federation, SSO and MFA.
• Proven migrations/consolidations and modernization in IAM.
• PAM, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management.
• Zero Trust, cloud IAM and hybrid environments.
• Understanding of AI/LLM applications in IAM security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM architectures for workforce and customer identities.
• Lead IdP migrations and consolidations across environments.
• Build and upgrade access management, provisioning, and lifecycle workflows (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM).
• Design PAM and least-privilege/authorization models (RBAC/ABAC).
• Embed IAM into Zero Trust and secure cloud patterns.
• Define IAM standards, policies and reference architectures.
• Assess identity estates for risks and plan remedial upgrades.
• Advise and support engineering teams during implementations.
