AFRY in Poznań is seeking a Hydrotechnical Designer to work on water infrastructure projects across Europe. You will join a multidisciplinary team, designing hydraulic and civil structures and supporting across feasibility through detailed design.
Requirements include a Master’s in Civil Engineering, 5+ years in infrastructure design, English B2, tendering experience and AVA software (e.g., RIB iTWO). Hybrid work in Poznań/Kraków/Łódź.

As a Hydrotechnical Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging water infrastructure projects that make a real impact. Through the Design Center, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals in Germany and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative engineering solutions for our clients. It is important that you are a team player who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams and is eager to learn and develop new skills.
At AFRY, you will contribute to the planning and design of hydraulic and civil engineering projects, including locks, weirs, waterfront and port structures, flood protection systems, pumping stations, navigation infrastructure and other water-related facilities. You will be involved in all project phases, from feasibility studies and concept development through detailed design and implementation support.
