Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to independently lead transformation workstreams from initial workshop to go-live, guiding stakeholders and mentoring less experienced colleagues in an international setting.

You will apply PMO practices, drive change management, design operating models and support ERP initiatives, with English mandatory and German a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Track record leading transformation or implementation workstreams.
• Strong experience in change management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation workstreams independently with planning, delivery, risks and dependencies.
• Apply PMO practices to keep delivery structured and on track.
• Design and lead change management and business readiness activities for user adoption.
• Prepare steering materials and present to senior stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee training, knowledge transfer and cutover activities.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with international project teams.
