Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks an experienced SailPoint Operations Engineer to join the IAM organization. The role focuses on advanced operational support for SailPoint/itAccess, IAM governance, certification, and data-quality tasks, with a hands-on, incident-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with IAM engineering, service management, and business users, providing L3 support, guiding Tier 2, and contributing to continuous improvements across IGA and PAM in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / itAccess.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and escalation management.
• Solid troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills in IAM.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 operational support for SailPoint / itAccess services.
• Investigate and resolve access provisioning, identity lifecycle, certification and entitlements issues.
• Support incidents and problem records related to SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM processes.
• Provide guidance to Tier 2 Operations Analysts during incident management and escalations.
• Support access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle events.
