Société Générale in Warsaw seeks a Python Developer for Market Finance to support exotic products across rates, FX, and credit markets. You will build Python-based tools for automation, maintain product documentation, and enhance pricing performance within the trading division.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in developing process automation tools using Python and/or VBA.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create templates for new exotic products.
• Develop Python-based tools for automation and security enhancements.
• Document characteristics of exotic products.
• Update exotic products in response to external changes.
• Assist in selecting templates or creating new ones.
• Maintain products to improve pricing performance.
• Investigate and resolve pricing-related anomalies.
• Enhance applications and fix potential bugs.
• Create views for pre-trade and post-trade industrialization.
