Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Product Owner for a project implementing a modernized POS system across sites of a global retailer. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and stakeholders to ensure teams deliver the right solutions at the right time in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

This role requires 2 days per week in the Warsaw office and involves driving digitalization, backlog management, and cross-team coordination using Scrum.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in IT with 2 years as Product Owner/Manager.
• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Deep understanding of the Product Owner role per Scrum Guide.
• Proven track record leading international digitalization projects.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Drive discussions about expectations and requirements within the Scrum framework.
• Ensure teams build the right solutions at the right time.
• Understand domain and provide clear requirements to the team.
• Gather requirements and develop models, documents, and specs for delivery.
• Proactively manage the team backlog in terms of priority and scope.
• Build strong cooperation with other development teams.
