Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in operational risk or internal audit.
• Familiar with risk solutions and supervisory regulations in banking.
• Proficient in English; French knowledge advantageous.
• Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor compliance of banking processes.
• Create and codify controls related to operational risks.
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs for operational risk.
• Assist stakeholders in closing Line of Defense recommendations.
• Control quality and completeness of data for reporting.
