Job summary

Grant Thornton International in Poznań seeks an experienced Vulnerability Management Engineer & Ops Senior Manager to lead and automate vulnerability programs across hybrid environments. You will drive risk-based remediation using Wiz, Qualys, CSPM, and AI automation, coordinating with security and IT teams. Strong cloud, OS, and compliance expertise required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in vulnerability management or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with Wiz and Qualys vulnerability scanning and CSPM.
• Experience integrating with SIEM, ITSM, and patch management.
• Strong OS, networking, and cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the vulnerability management program across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, secure config reviews, and policy scans with Wiz and Qualys.
• Prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities with CSPM tooling and cross‑team collaboration.
• Generate actionable reports for patch management and leadership dashboards.
• Integrate vulnerability tools with SIEM, ITSM, and other platforms; drive automation.
• Support PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance through vulnerability reporting.
