Job summary

Aliaxis Poland is seeking an experienced EMEA Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst to join our regional finance team in Wrocław. The role focuses on ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting, managing consolidations across several countries, and supporting timely closings with strong controls.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or related finance role.
• Fluent English, strong Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages from EMEA entities.
• Support the financial closing process across the region.
• Ensure timely reporting and meet reporting deadlines.
• Perform completeness, consistency, and reconciliations of Balance Sheet, P&L, assets, receivables, and intercompany.
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure IFRS compliance.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements in reporting and consolidation.
• Provide guidance and training to finance teams across the EMEA region.
