Job summary

STATSCORE is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and development of critical data-driven publishing systems for sports media. You will collaborate with development teams, designers, and clients daily to deliver automated content from core sports feeds.

You will shape the product roadmap, guide GTM activities, and work in a hybrid setup in Katowice. Strong English, analytical skills, and experience with AI-enabled workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product development or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Agile project management principles.
• Experience with product design processes and user research.
• Comfort using AI tools to optimize product workflows and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, clients, design, and teams to create new products and enhance value.
• Collect, review, and prioritize business requirements for your product(s).
• Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Manage products through life cycle including GTM and market adoption.
• Align product roadmap with company goals and backlog priorities.
• Summarize short and long-term product plans for stakeholders.
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement, acting proactively.
• Ensure features and bugs are reported and prioritized.
• Assist clients using products and support Sales/Marketing with product knowledge.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new features.
