PwC Poland’s Financial Crime Unit seeks an experienced leader to manage a team of AML analysts in a fast-paced, international setting. You will drive daily operations, performance targets, and policy adherence while coaching and developing analysts and team leads.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, implement key operations projects, and promote a high-performing culture within the unit. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Have more than four years of experience managing a team.
• Have at least 3 years of operational AML experience.
• Fluent in German and English, enabling communication in international environments.
• Knowledge and experience using performance management tools and motivation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, including client communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of AML Analysts and monitor workload.
• Act as deputy to Operations Manager within the team.
• Monitor targets and escalate breaches or issues.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Recruit, develop and retain team members; coach and motivate analysts and team leads.
• Share knowledge and best practices with other team leaders.
• Drive performance, recognize high performers, foster a high-performing culture.
• Participate in key projects within the Operations stream.
