Verumqs sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Specialist to supervise compliance with regulations and corporate standards, and to support a strong safety culture. You will initiate preventive actions and contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.

The role requires coordinating HSE trainings and audits, and providing professional guidance to management. A university degree and knowledge of ISO 45001 are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in health and safety in construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
• University degree.
• Excellent knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards.
• Good command of English (B1/B2).
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to create presentations, instructions, and procedures.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Independent, organized, teamwork-oriented, creative, persistent and results-driven.

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Specialist who will be responsible for supervising compliance with legal regulations and corporate requirements in the field of occupational health and safety. The successful candidate will actively support the development of a strong safety culture within the organization, initiate preventive actions, and contribute to creating a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within the construction, energy, or industrial sector.

• Very good knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations.
