Location: This is an office based role, working out of our office in Warsaw, Poland.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an HR Specialist for Eastern Europe to join our team and support a variety of HR operations. This role offers the chance to work in an international environment, develop both soft and hard HR skills, and gain hands‑on experience in areas such as reporting, employee administration, and HR projects.

If you are proactive, communicative, and eager to learn, this position provides excellent opportunities for growth and involvement in diverse HR activities.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling daily HR queries and providing first‑line HR support.
  • Manage HR administration, including personnel files, contracts, job changes, employee data updates, letters, and salary adjustments.
  • Support payroll changes and controls, holiday accrual, and basic reporting.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports to support decision‑making.
  • Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Update HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Support HR events, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in HR projects and policy updates, including local employee handbooks.
  • Administer benefits and liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
  • Provide support for audits and document management.
