The People Operations Generalist will be the first line of support for the People Team, delivering exceptional service primarily to our North America employees while also supporting the Philippines team as needed. You’ll manage and resolve a wide range of employee requests—from onboarding, offboarding, job changes, employment verifications, and Workday transactions to triaging tickets and inquiries—with accuracy, discretion, and care. Beyond task execution, this role drives proactive problem-solving and process improvements, helping to streamline and scale People Ops processes while enhancing our overall support model. A mindset of continuous improvement is essential, and occasional flexibility may be required to attend cross-time zone meetings or support high-priority initiatives.
