Our Client is the international producing company. The recruitment project is dedicated for the plant in northern Poland. The profile of the HR Manager, who we are looking for, is focused on ensuring high HR standards and implementing people development culture.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficiency of HR processes in the plant especially standardization processes in areas of: people development, talent management, competences management, successions.
- Cooperation with HR Director EMEA in the field of development and implementation of HR strategy and projects.
- Building, developing, and implementing HR policy and procedures in line with Corporate HR strategy and policy.
- Close cooperation with management to advise and guide managers on people management matters in compliance with HR policies, employment laws, local agreements etc..
- Being HR Business Partner for managers for supporting key managerial competences development (coaching, mentoring, 1on1 cooperation).
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost engagement and increase productivity and retention.
- Assisting in identifying and analyzing HR needs and suggesting solutions for business.
- Driving HR initiatives around employee life cycle (e.g. Annual Salary Review, Exit Interviews, Onboarding Check-ins).
- Analyzing the training needs, building competency matrices and succession plans, conducting appraisal systems to develop annual employee development plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience on HR Manager position in production company..
- Proven successes in HR projects.
- Excel lent knowledge of HR tools and solutions.
- An experience in cooperating with Trade Unions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
- Excellent ability to prioritize, problem-solve, demonstrate initiative & think outside of the box.
- High work ethic and self-motivation.
- Proactive, responsible, dynamic attitude and hands-on approach.
