A dynamic tech enterprise in Poland is seeking an HR Manager to lead core HR operations, focusing on employee engagement and onboarding processes. You will coordinate surveys, oversee performance reviews, and support cultural initiatives. VentorTech is a tech company that helps small and mid-sized businesses run smarter. We build solutions on top of Odoo ERP, automating different business processes from sales and inventory to purchasing and accounting. Our clients are based in Europe, the US, and Australia, and our team handles full-cycle implementations -from analysis to delivery and support.
We’re a team of around 80 people. We move quickly, think in solutions (not processes for the sake of processes), and base our work on collaboration, accountability and growth mindset.
We’re now looking for an HR Manager who can confidently take over core HR operations and become a reliable partner to the Head of HR. This role is about driving structured, consistent processes - from onboarding and 1:1s to performance reviews and engagement tracking - and making sure they actually work, not just exist on paper.
We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, takes full responsibility for their area, and can manage tasks independently with attention to detail, common sense, and a thoughtful approach to working with people.
