Job summary

NN is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Warsaw to support leaders through transformation, build future-ready teams, and shape people strategies in a technology-driven environment.

You’ll partner with managers and senior leaders across Technology, Digital, Data and AI functions, drive workforce planning, talent development and organizational design while navigating labour law and evolving business models. Flexible hybrid work is offered in a modern Powiśle office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner in complex environments.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, AI or related business functions.
• Strong collaboration with managers and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.

• Leverage HR insights and market trends, including developments in AI and digital transformation, to support business decision-making.

You will join a team of 4 HR Business Partners in HQ working closely with business leaders and HR Centres of Expertise. The team combines strong business understanding with a collaborative and supportive approach. Together, we help shape organizational effectiveness, leadership capability and employee experience across NN while supporting business transformation and growth.

Who you are

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and successfully operate in complex business environments.
• You have experience partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, AI or related business functions and understand the challenges of technology talent markets.
• You effectively collaborate with managers and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
• You have experience supporting organizational transformations and change management initiatives, and you understand the impact of emerging technologies and AI on organizations and the workforce.
• You have a strong understanding of labour law and employment practices, are familiar with both permanent and B2B contractor models, and communicate confidently in English in an international environment.
