Qualifications

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) processes are met, resulting in appropriate cleanliness and quality levels.
• Support Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.
• Support Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
