BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. we Wrocławiu poszukuje specjalisty ds. rozwoju komponentów pomp ciepła. Zakres obejmuje opracowywanie wymagań, ocenę technologii, projektowanie komponentów oraz analizę kosztów i ryzyka.

Wymagane jest doskonałe zrozumienie termodynamiki i pomp ciepła, doświadczenie w zarządzaniu skomplikowanymi systemami oraz płynna komunikacja angielska techniczna. Praca w międzynarodowym środowisku i szereg programów szkoleniowych.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge from Heat Pump & Thermodynamic field.
• Main focus on heat pump components design and heat transfer processes connected to component design.
• Experience in managing complex technical systems including application of System Engineering tools & methods.
• Open minded, with analytical thinking and ability to have holistic view on appliance architecture.
• Fluent communication in Technical English.
• High interpersonal skills, focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Development of component requirements related to heat pump components.

• Management of cross-functional working group.
• Organize, support of internal/external simulation activities. Evaluation of the results.
• Definition of release strategy and necessary test equipment. Test results evaluation.
• Coordination and follow up activities with strategic external partners (e.g. Suppliers, Tech. Universities).
• Keeping documentation and reporting related to heat pump components development processes.
