Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider engagements.
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication.
• Proficiency in Greek allowing for fluent communication.
• Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve HCP/HCO engagement issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HCP/HCO onboarding and contracting.
• Manage contract amendments and follow up on outstanding contracts.
• Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel, or payments.

Skills

3+ years of experience in healthcare provider engagements

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Fluent in Greek (verbal and written)

Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance

Excellent communication skills

Experience with contract templates

Proficiency in Excel

Ability to analyze and resolve issues

Ability to work independently
