Job summary

Omada is seeking a senior QA leader to own the quality bar for its cloud and on-premises platforms. You will lead the Test Automation Developers across multiple scrum teams, shape QA standards, and collaborate with the Release Manager to ensure dependable releases.

Reporting to the CTO, you will drive quality initiatives across a ~100-person R&D organization in a hybrid setup. You will build and mentor a quality function, champion shift-left testing, and define metrics and KPIs to measure

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA/quality/test engineering, including leadership of teams.
• Exceptional communicator across business and technical leadership.
• Strong test automation background with scalable strategy.
• Deep understanding of functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Experience embedding quality into CI/CD with shift-left mindset.
• Familiar with modern test-management/CI/CD toolchain (Azure DevOps).
• Metrics-driven with data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable in Agile, multi-team, distributed environments.
• Self-directed, adaptable, and able to handle complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the test automation discipline across 10+ teams.
• Define and own the quality strategy and standards for cloud and on-prem products.
• Own quality gates and release-readiness criteria with Release Manager.
• Drive end-to-end test strategy: automation, coverage, regression, integration, performance, security.
• Embed quality into CI/CD and promote shift-left practices.
• Define, track, and report KPIs: defect escape rate, test coverage, release quality.
• Champion quality across teams and build it in from the start.
• Lead defect management and root-cause analysis; run post-mortems.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling.
