• 10+ years of experience in large-scale L&D or talent development.
• Strong business understanding of cloud, cyber, and infrastructure managed services.

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and change leadership capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
