Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Product Development Engineer – Hardware (BMS) in Kraków to design and develop next‑generation Battery Management System hardware as part of our engineering team. You will define electronic solutions and lead hardware development efforts in a collaborative, international environment.

Key qualifications include strong analog/digital electronics, power electronics, mechatronics, and battery/system architecture knowledge, with communication in English.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of analog and digital electronics and related disciplines.
• Experience with power electronics, mechatronics and controller architectures.
• Familiarity with battery systems, voltage converters and high-volume PCB design.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions for electronic systems per project requirements and quality standards.
• Lead the development of one or more hardware subsystems within the project team.
• Represent the hardware department in internal and external discussions.
