What you’ll do
  • Support Private Bank & Wealth Solutions business in delivering change across regions as part of the Global Value Stream PMO team.
  • Work hand in hand with the Value Streams leadership in Annual Value Stream Investment Planning and change process related activities.
  • Manage projects in Agile way using Jira and Confluence, create PMO processes and implement best practice techniques.
  • Own and coordinate Risk-related processes within the Value Stream.
  • Provide support to delivery teams including training and upskilling.
  • Coordinate, prepare and participate in compliance audits.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of HSBC Change Framework to ensure compliance is being adhered to by PB & WS Value Stream.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
  • 4 years of experience in PMO or Project Management role on complex projects across countries or regions.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Understanding and interest in compliance and risk-related topics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management related tools (Clarity, Jira, Confluence).
