Job summary

Accenture Poland is offering a paid internship program within Accenture Song Poland. You will join international teams and work on projects spanning sales, marketing, consumer analytics and customer service, gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation.

The program is 3+ months, 4–5 days per week, with flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely (hybrid). You will have a mentor and a Buddy, with a clear path for professional growth and potential long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

• Active student and available to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2).
• Final-year student with excellent academic results in economics, marketing, international business, management or related fields.
• Interest in business consulting focused on digital transformation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients from multiple industries during the internship.
• Help set long-term goals, develop strategies and new business models (sales, marketing, analytics, customer service).
• Present solutions to achieve strategic goals and seize opportunities.
• Perform data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, interviews, and preparation of presentations.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

• Support clients from many industries, including: retail, consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications and the fuel sector
• Help to set long-term goals, develop strategies and new business models that respond to current and future market challenges (in particular in the area of sales, marketing, consumer analytics and customer service)
• Present solutions necessary to achieve strategic goals and take advantage of emerging business opportunities
• Perform tasks related to the ongoing implementation of projects, including: data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, conducting interviews, preparing presentations and other project documents

Here’s What You Will Need

• An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams.
• You are a final-year student of a renowned university with excellent academic results, in particular in one of the following fields: economics, marketing, international business, management or related fields
• Interest in and want to develop in business consulting focused on digital transformation
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI, Google Analytics or other data analysis tools will be an additional advantage)
• High analytical and interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, and you are able to work in an international, multicultural and dynamic environment
