The system uses clinically validated AI algorithms to provide accurate and high-quality results. Thanks to the automation and state-of-the-art user experience, including an interactive panel, specialists in hospitals, as well as ambulatory care and primary care facilities, can reduce their time spent on analysis up 80% and patient waiting time for diagnosis by 36%.

Working at Cardiomatics means empowering thousands of physicians across Europe to provide better diagnosis and treatment for thousands of patients.

We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Business team. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership Teams to design and execute growth initiatives that generate marketing qualified leads, accelerate referrals, and drive measurable impact on revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute campaigns to generate new MQLs via inbound and digital channels.
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows (email sequences, retargeting, content offers).
  • Experiment with paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and double down on what works.
  • Create and distribute content (landing pages, case studies, blog posts, gated content) to capture leads.
  • Drive SEO strategy to expand organic reach and website traffic.
  • Optimize website and lead capture forms for higher conversion rates.
  • Support activities within generating referrals among customers leading to structured referral programs.
  • Own reporting on MQL pipeline, cost per lead, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of MQLs.
  • Cooperate with the sales team to maintain up-to-date campaign collaterals (one-pagers, presentations, case studies).
  • Align targeting, messaging, and lead scoring with sales priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years experience in growth marketing/demand generation for SaaS B2B.
  • Experience in conducting inbound marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in delivering marketing qualified leads and measurable revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, marketing automation, paid campaigns, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with KPIs and reporting.
  • Self-starter, able to operate as the first and only marketing hire.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Healthcare/medtech experience.
  • Experience building referral or advocacy programs.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot.
  • Ability to work with external freelancers/agencies when needed.
