Job summary

Enfint ищет дизайнера/креативного специалиста для разработки цифровых кампаний и визуальной продукции для клиентов агентства. Требуется портфолио коммерческих проектов и владение Adobe Creative Suite.

Обязанности включают создание форматов для соцсетей, баннеров и управление проектами от концепции до финала, с акцентом на современные дизайнерские решения. Работа по договору B2B, минимум 8 рабочих дней в офисе в Варшаве, гибкий старт рабочего дня 8:00–10:00.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки цифровых кампаний, включая display и social media, с портфолио коммерческих проектов.
• Опыт управления проектами от концепции до финального файла.
• Владение Adobe Creative Suite.
• Хорошее понимание принципов дизайна.
• Умение эффективно работать в команде и с клиентами, презентовать идеи и обосновывать решения.
• Умение поддерживать организованную структуру файлов и слоёв.
• Готовность поддерживать разнообразные производственные задачи, создавать библиотеки дизайна, подбирать графику и адаптировать дизайны под разные форматы и платформы.

Responsibilities

• Участвовать активно в проектах существующих агентских клиентов и новых бизнес-активностях
• Создавать брендинговые и продажные кампании и предлагать современные дизайн-решения
• Независимо создавать форматы кампаний в соцсетях и баннеры и осуществлять адаптацию форматов
• Отслеживать текущие тенденции в дизайне и рекламе

MSL is a full-service PR agency within Publicis Groupe.

It provides public relations, reputation management, corporate and consumer communications, crisis consulting, public affairs, influencer relations, marketing strategy, brand building, and online and offline consumer projects.

Задачи:

• Participate actively in projects for existing agency clients and new business activities
• Create brand and sales campaigns and propose modern design solutions
• Independently create social media and banner campaign formats and handle comprehensive format adaptations
• Track current trends in design and advertising

Требования:

• Experience designing digital campaigns, including display and social media, supported by a portfolio of commercial projects
• Experience managing projects end-to-end, from concept and layout to final file preparation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Good understanding of design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients, present ideas, and justify design decisions
• Ability to maintain an organized and clear structure of files and layers
• Willingness to support diverse production activities, create design libraries, source graphic materials, and adapt designs to different formats and platforms
