Job summary

Hatch is seeking a proactive Project Controls candidate to join our Advisory team in a role focused on project setup, progress analytics, and reporting.

The successful candidate will assist with documentation, schedules, budgets, and change control across engineering projects in Mining, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors. A 0–2 year background with strong communication and teamwork is ideal, with opportunities for growth within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, in Engineering or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project setup, progress analytics and review meetings.
• Assist in the preparation and development of documents and tools used for day-to-day project management, including schedules, budgets, change management, and reporting.
• Perform various project controls tasks in accordance with Hatch’s best practices and procedures.
