The role focuses on supporting Product Owners, turning complex problems into simple solutions, and collaborating across design, engineering, and data. The programme opens to international applicants ready to relocate.

Qualifications

• Predicted or achieved first-class degree in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, maths, physics, economics or STEM.
• Graduated in 2025–2027.
• Internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation and customer experience.
• Available full-time from early or late 2027.
• Willing to attend Revolut office at least 3 days a week (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Support senior Product Owners with product strategy, roadmaps and feature planning.
• Gath ering and analysing data, including user feedback and market insights, to inform decisions.
• Collaborating with Design, Engineering and Operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch.
• Creating clear product requirements and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Conducting user testing and iterating on features based on results.
• Tracking progress, sharing updates with global teams, and presenting outcomes.
• Receiving regular feedback to accelerate your development.
