In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored business value propositions aligned with specific requirements.

  • Prepare and manage quotations based on engineered solutions, presenting them in a compelling, value‑driven format that includes appropriate pricing and commercial terms and conditions.

  • Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date list of quotation and order‑related tasks using tools such as CRM systems.

  • Partner with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to actively follow up on quotations and support their conversion into customer orders.

  • Maximize communication channels, including telephone and email, to ensure clear, timely, and effective customer engagement.

  • Identify market requirements and customer‑specific needs, and contribute to the development and execution of strategies and tactics that drive order growth and profitability within the assigned sales territory.

  • Oversee, support, and personally contribute to the execution of agreed contractual commitments, ensuring a high standard of service across all business transactions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • A technical university degree or final year of studies, with graduation expected in 2026.

  • IT literacy and practical experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in English and Polish.

  • A strong desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve, with the motivation to perform at a high professional standard.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Interest or hands‑on experience in automation hardware and software, instrumentation and control (I&C), and industrial processes.

  • Exposure gained through diploma thesis topics, internships, academic projects, or similar practical learning experiences related to automation or process industries.

  • Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
