Job summary

Thrive IT Systems is seeking a Senior GoLang AI Engineer in Warsaw to lead backend engineering for cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions. You will design scalable services, build microservices, and integrate with leading AI models across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering experience with backend systems.
• GoLang development experience in distributed/cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang.
• Build cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
• Develop event-driven applications utilizing Kafka, NATS, or similar messaging platforms.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and secure integrations.
• AI Generative AI Development and GenAI initiatives.
• Design and implement AI-powered business applications.
• Build GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise apps with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Hugging Face models.
• Develop vector search and semantic retrieval with vector databases.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize AI models.
• Develop and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerize apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Use Terraform for IaC.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
