Job summary

IBA Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Go Developer to join our international team and work on a branding management platform for a global mobility and urban services client. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

You will lead architecture discussions, participate in code reviews, and mentor engineers while promoting best practices. The role offers hybrid/remote options, a modern office in Wrocław, and private medical care.

We are looking for an experienced Go Developer to join our international team and collaborate closely with IBA's client. Our customer is a global mobility and urban services platform that provides transportation and related digital services worldwide.

The project focuses on a branding management platform that supports the entire branding lifecycle, including verification processes and quality assurance. The technology stack includes Go, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD solutions.

Project Description

Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable backend services.
• Lead technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions while promoting engineering best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Own the full lifecycle of backend services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Implement and maintain observability infrastructure, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and tracing.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
