Job description

This is a full-time position offering both responsibility and independence. You’ll be based in our modern Szczecin office, right in the city center, working alongside sup-portive colleagues in a collaborative environment. At the same time, our hybrid working policy gives you the flexibility to partly work from home, creating a healthy balance be-tween work and personal life.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role, in wind or a related industry
  • Minimum B2-level English proficiency
  • Strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel
  • Confidence in working with various software systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Strong communication skills for working with international teams
Your Role
  • Process and split training invoices in our systems
  • Act as the first approver for technicians’ travel statements
  • Register training hours and prepare monthly payout calculations
  • Manage training groups and create projects in systems, including technician assignments
  • Support and optimize training administration processes
  • Assist with budget management and quarterly forecasting
  • Flag significant unplanned costs and elevate challenges proactively
  • Provide peak-time support with certificate uploads and ad hoc bookings
