Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role, in wind or a related industry.
  • Minimum B2-level English proficiency.
  • Strong skills in Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Confidence in working with various software systems.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Strong communication skills for working with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Process and split training invoices in our systems.
  • Act as the first approver for technicians’ travel statements.
  • Register training hours and prepare monthly payout calculations.
  • Manage training groups and create projects in systems.
  • Support and optimize training administration processes.
  • Assist with budget management and quarterly forecasting.
  • Flag significant unplanned costs.

This is a full‑time position offering both responsibility and independence. You’ll be based in our modern Szczecin office, right in the city center, working alongside supportive colleagues in a collaborative environment. At the same time, our hybrid working policy gives you the flexibility to partly work from home, creating a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role, in wind or a related industry

Your Role

  • Support and optimize training administration processesAssist with budget management and quarterly forecasting
  • Flag significant unplanned costs and elevate challenges proactively
  • Provide peak‑time support with certificate uploads and ad‑hoc bookings
