Job summary

Eurus Sp. z o.o. is expanding its beauty portfolio and seeks a Junior Export Trade Marketing Manager to support annual marketing plans and cross-border activations. You will coordinate with internal teams and local partners, prepare materials and presentations, and help manage local budgets.

The role requires travel, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, with a focus on building effective relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, international sales, foreign trade, or a similar role (cosmetics preferred).
• Fluent business communication in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
• Experience creating professional presentations and analyzing sales data.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of annual marketing and communication plans to increase brand awareness and drive sell-out activations.
• Assist negotiations on implementation plans, brand presentations, and brand support with key customers.
• Execute planned marketing activities across customer and media channels.
• Prepare marketing materials including presentations, POS materials, websites, digital campaigns and social content.
• Coordinate local agencies, briefing, providing materials and approving deliverables.
• Collaborate with Digital & Social Media, Trade Marketing, PR, Design/Packaging, E-commerce and Events teams.
• Support plan implementation across internal departments, export sales team and customers.
• Monitor local market competition and provide analyses and recommendations.
• Conduct visits to international customers and partners.
• Manage marketing budgets including planning and reconciliation.
• Adapt marketing materials to local partners and distributors.
