IQVIA seeks a Global Study Associate Director to lead a cross‑functional study team and ensure delivery of clinical studies in line with timelines, budget and quality standards. The role serves as the primary liaison between the study team and the Clinical Program Team, driving collaboration with external partners and ensuring inspection readiness.

The GSAD will lead study governance, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgeting and risk management, and mentor colleagues while maintaining SOP

Formación

• University degree (or equivalent) in medical or biological sciences.
• 5 years of relevant clinical pharma industry experience, including 2 years' PM experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH‑GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated project management skills and knowledge of relevant tools.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional study teams to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
• Coordinate communication across functions and with external partners.
• Develop essential study documents from protocol to CSR.
• Oversee CROs, labs, and vendors to ensure contracted performance.
• Maintain study plans with risk management and quality controls.
• Ensure TMF completeness and inspection readiness.
• Monitor budgets and provide progress reports with mitigations.
