Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking a detail-oriented Administration Specialist to support global standardization activities in the transformer ecosystem. You will manage expert registries for IEC, IEEE, and CIGRE, track ballots and NWIPs, and help prepare clear summaries for leadership.

You will work with R&D, quality, and regional teams to ensure timely updates and compliance with internal rules for external technical bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 0-3 years of engineering, project coordination, or technical documentation experience (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up to date registry of Hitachi Energy experts in IEC/IEEE/CIGRE committees.
  • Track lifecycle of standards activities, NWIP and ToR processes.
  • Ensure meeting notes are uploaded and archived in Teams channels.
  • Prepare biannual summaries of IEC/IEEE committee activities.
  • Propose improvements to coordination processes for transparency and efficiency.
  • Support expert teams with deadlines, deliverables, and standards updates.
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, and regional experts for ballot readiness.
  • Maintain dashboards highlighting participation metrics and deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates to R&D leadership for strategic decisions.
