Qualifications

• 2+ years in application development, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong English communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation and business applications on the Decisions platform.
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and external services.
• Develop advanced workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and govern platform.
